Free trial

·All new subscribers receive a 30-day free trial of Ameora Pro.
·No charge is made during the trial period.
·You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial.
·If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan (monthly or annual) will begin automatically.
·You will receive an email reminder before your trial expires.

Automatic renewal

Ameora Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You will be notified by email at least 7 days before any annual renewal. For monthly plans, renewal charges occur on the same calendar date each month.

How to cancel

1Sign in to Ameora at ameora.app

2Go to Settings → Billing

3Click 'Manage subscription' and follow the cancellation steps

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full Pro access until then. Alternatively, email support.ameora@gmail.com and we will cancel on your behalf.

Refund policy

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support.ameora@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with statutory refund rights retain those rights. Our policy does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
